AI infrastructure
Liquid cooling delivered as one system, not a bolt-on
High-density AI compute changes the thermal problem, and adapted air cooling does not answer it. We deliver direct-to-chip liquid cooling as a complete scope—designed, installed, commissioned and supported by the same team that builds the hall around it.
